V1: Graduates with ethics and social conscience:
Graduates from the Faculty of Business Administration are instilled with social conscience, self-sacrifice, ethics and recognition of the public interest.
V2: Close-to-practice knowledge:
The Faculty of Business Administration, CMU, puts an effort into creating close-to-practice knowledge through the missions, learning management, research and academic services.
V3: Managerial excellence:
The Faculty of Business Administration, CMU, strives for disseminating the business knowledge to collaboratively solve the problems and develop the business and society through teaching and learning activities, research and academic services.
Scope of Implementation:
To accomplish the missions and create the values, the Faculty of Business Administration are to instill the ability in the followings:
1. Co-Creator of Knowledge
Co-creator of knowledge and arts in promoting the ecosystems on new business formation, wisdom development in business, and effective solutions to the social problems.
2. Catalysts for Innovation
Catalysts for innovation through a collaboration with entrepreneurs and other organizations to reflect the needs of the users toward the innovation developers and continuous self-improvement as good role models of administrative innovation.
3. Hubs of Lifelong Learning
Hubs for lifelong learning as the learning laboratory (learning place) but not the “teaching place” to develop an intellectual foundation for learners, training and teaching quality for teachers, and excellence of competency assessments.
4. Enablers of Sustainable Prosperity
Enablers of sustainable prosperity beyond the wealth toward basic needs in a better manner that can promote the environmental wellbeing, strengthening communities, employments contributing to a meaningful life, and fulfilled living.
