On September 18, 2026, the Bachelor of Accountancy (International Program), Chiang Mai University Business School, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chaiwuth Tangsomchai, faculty member of the Department of Finance, Chiang Mai University Business School, took students on a study visit to Chiang Mai Night Safari. The activity was part of an initiative to enhance students’ out-of-class learning experiences, providing them with an opportunity to explore the application of economic and business management concepts in the context of a conservation-oriented tourist attraction. Students attended a presentation on the operation and management of the attraction, as well as the creation of economic value alongside wildlife and natural resource conservation. In addition, students gained hands-on learning experiences through various activities, including walking to observe the animals, taking a tram ride to see the wildlife, and watching the tiger show. On September 5, 2026, Chiang Mai University Business School, organized a field trip to Patara Elephant Conservation, giving second-year students from the Bachelor of Accountancy (International Program) the opportunity to learn about nature and wildlife conservation, while broadening their perspectives on responsible and sustainable business practices. During the activity, students learned about the importance of conserving nature and wildlife, gaining fresh insights into how conservation can be integrated with responsible and sustainable business practices.
